Since 1986 Harry and Sylvie Price have owned and operated these ServiceMaster Clean licenses.  Harry  is responsible for all aspects of operations and Sylvie oversees the administrative functions of the business.  We count on our dedicated staff to provide our customers with the high level of customer service they have come to expect.

ServiceMaster of Boulder and ServiceMaster of Westminster combine to provide excellent service with highly trained technicians to the entire Denver regional North Metropolitan area, including the following municipalities:  Golden, Blackhawk, Rollinsville, Nederland, Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, Brighton, Lochbuie, Commerce City, Thornton, Northglenn, Federal Heights, Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada.

We are an IICRC-certified firm and our management staff and technicians are trained and certified in all aspects of specialized cleaning and emergency services for fire and smoke damage clean-up and deodorization, water damage and sewage back-ups, biohazard cleaning and mold remediation.  We meet or exceed all industry standards for these services and work closely with insurance carriers to make sure that damage to homes and properties is properly handled.  We comply with all OSHA regulations governing our work and worker safety, as well as the safety of property occupants, tenants, and other contractors or service workers who may be on site at a disaster.

We have been in business under the same leadership for twenty-four years.  We guarantee all of our work and we promise the most attentive service in the industry.

We also provide state-certified Continuing Education training for insurance industry representatives at our Louisville training center.
